By using TRUE PROS appliance repair services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Service Description
TRUE PROS provides professional appliance repair services for residential customers. Our services include:
- Diagnosis and repair of major household appliances
- Replacement of defective parts
- Maintenance and preventive care services
- Emergency repair services (when available)
Scheduling and Appointments
- Service appointments are scheduled based on availability
- We will provide estimated arrival times and contact you if delays occur
- Customers must be present during the service appointment
- Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment
Pricing and Payment
- Service charges include diagnostic fees, labor, and parts
- Estimates are provided before work begins
- Payment is due upon completion of service
- We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
- Additional charges may apply for emergency or after-hours service
Warranty
We provide a 90-day warranty on all repair work and replacement parts, subject to the following conditions:
- Warranty covers defects in workmanship and parts
- Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear
- Warranty is void if appliance is serviced by another party
- Customer must notify us of warranty claims within the warranty period
Limitation of Liability
TRUE PROS' liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided. We are not responsible for:
- Consequential or incidental damages
- Loss of food or other contents due to appliance failure
- Damage to property not directly caused by our negligence
- Delays in service due to parts availability or other factors beyond our control
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about the appliance and problem
- Ensuring safe access to the appliance
- Clearing the work area of personal items
- Being present during the service appointment
- Following any care instructions provided after service
Cancellation Policy
- Service appointments may be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled time
- Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a service charge
- We reserve the right to cancel service if conditions are unsafe
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with local laws.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
